Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“Client”) and Aidan Taylor Marketing DBA Honor & Craft (“Honor & Craft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a digital marketing agency. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. User Guidelines

As a client of Honor & Craft, you agree to:

a. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

b. Provide accurate and complete information when engaging with us and during the course of our relationship.

c. Use our services for lawful purposes only and not engage in any activities that may harm or disrupt our services or other clients.

d. Email Support: We also provide a Ticketing system through email, allowing you to raise an issue or request a service 24/7. To use this service, simply send an email to [email protected]. Please allow a business day for responses, although we usually respond much quicker. All communication will be handled through email, and there is no need to log in to any additional systems.

By utilizing these communication channels, you agree to respect our work hours (M-F 8a to 5p MST) and refrain from contacting us outside of designated business hours, unless it is an emergency or previously agreed upon. 3. Ownership of Work and Intellectual Property

All work created for you by Honor & Craft, including but not limited to designs, photography, content, email campaigns, email automations, and strategies, unless explicitly stated, is the property of Honor & Craft. As long as you maintain your subscription, you will have access to the information contained within the platform. Your client and prospect data is your property. If services are terminated, you will receive a full CSV export of your client and prospect data within five (5) business days.

4. Account Access and Passwords

We will share all relevant passwords and account access with you for the applications we use on your behalf. We will never intentionally lock you out of any application, except for accounts shared by all clients to preserve the privacy of each client (e.g., website hosting accounts).

5. Termination of Services

a. By Client: You may terminate your relationship with Honor & Craft at any time. We ask that you provide us with a 30-day notice before discontinuing our services. We will ensure you have access to all accounts we’ve created on your behalf and will assist in the transition of all assets (e.g., transferring your website to a new host).

b. By Honor & Craft: We reserve the right to terminate our services and relationship with any client who engages in abusive behavior, including but not limited to verbal attacks, disrespecting boundaries (e.g., calling at all hours, all days, holidays, etc.), or repetitive slow payment or non-payment. These examples are illustrative, not exhaustive. In the event of termination, we will provide you with a written notice and allow you a reasonable amount of time to find alternative services.

6. No Contracts

Honor & Craft does not require clients to sign contracts. We believe in building long-lasting relationships based on trust, quality, and effectiveness of our work.

7. Refunds

Honor & Craft does not refund monthly payments. If you wish to terminate, please do so before the next payment date.

8. Money Back Guarantee

The money back guarantee is triggered when Honor & Craft fails to accomplish any of the following within 30 days of when you made your initial payment: 1) optimize your Google Business Profile and begin monthly citations; 2) Create 48 social media posts (12 each for Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and X) and integrate your social media accounts into the social posting system; 3) launch a 9-page website; 4) configure the CRM system with an opportunity pipeline, email automations, and emails; 5) configure a scheduling system; 6) configure popups on your website for scheduling appointments; 7) configure your reviews management system; 8) configure your QR Code management system; and 9) configure your call tracking system.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes and will post the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after the updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Honor & Craft is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
